Salmon Niçoise Salad Bowl
When August rolls around, there's nothing like a Niçoise salad—the quintessential cool, easy, delicious summer meal. We use flavorful, succulent Wild Isles salmon, sustainably raised in the cold waters of Scotland's Shetland Islands. Factor in fresh vegetables, height-of-the-season local tomatoes, crisp greens, hardboiled eggs, Kalamata olives, and classic Niçoise dressing, and it's summertime, for sure.
$18 per person. 10 person minimum. Pricing available through August 31. Orders require 24 hour notice. No substitutions please.
Our monthly special is served in a compostable bowl and includes a fork and napkin. Menu can be served as a buffet, by request.
